Learn to Relax (and beat anxiety) Workshop

Relaxation is one of the most useful lessons you can ever learn, it can help in all forms of life. This workshop is suitable for anyone who needs a little help in learning how to unwind the body, untangle a few ‘nerves’, still the mind and free the spirit – relaxation promotes confidence and wellbeing.
This class will give you the chance to explore various techniques to discover what works best for you, basic guided meditation, ‘mindfulness’, ‘chakra’ colour therapy, self hypnosis, creative visualisation and NLP. It also includes some massage for ‘self-help’.
Step by step instruction to all you need to know and do to achieve a more relaxed you.
Includes work file and practice CD (think….mmmmm. Music, massage, meditation, melting your tension away)
A CPD or attendance certificate available.
Refreshment available throughout but please bring lunch
